How much is my shipping charges?
Within Malaysia – There are 2 delivery option if you are within Malaysia.
1) Pick up from outlets (Free) – you can choose from the listed outlets

Out-site Malaysia – Shipping Fee according to Skynet rates upon checkout.
Clause: Apart from shipping charges, the customer is responsible and liable for all custom duties, import tax, broker fees or other possible additional custom handling charges. Duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. Please check with your local custom department for these possible charges. If incurred the duties/import taxes billing would be delivered by our carriers, Skynet either on the day of the package to be sent to the customer or in a few weeks thereafter.

When will my order be ship out?
You will receive a confirmation email from once your order has been shipped. If you suspect that an error has occur on your order, kindly contact us with your name and order number. An representative will reply within 1-2 business days.

When will I receive my shipment? The goods will be delivered to your doorsteps within 3 – 10 working days, upon confirmation of order and availability of stock.

How do I track my order ?
All of orders will be shipped by secured Shipping Company with track able service to ensure that you will receive your orders safely and on time. Upon successful shipment, you will be given a unique tracking number for your easy delivery tracking. provides International shipping as long as our shipping providers deliver to the destination. As an added security for our customers, ships most orders insured with signature required. If you cannot sign for your package, please arrange for an adult to sign for your package.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. But, we’d like to stress that all delivery to physical addresses only as our shipping carrier Do Not deliver to P.O. Box or mailbox addresses only ships on Monday to Friday (exclude weekends and public holidays). Please be sure that an authorized adult will be at the shipping address given to sign for your package. is not responsible for lost or stolen if there is nobody at the shipping address given to sign for your package when the courier attempt or if the package was signed by an UN-authorized party at that address. will NOT responsible for any package lost if consignee signed a “signature release form.” If your order is being delivered to an office, hotel, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of receptionists, and similar upon delivery and we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order upon their signature/acceptance. Delivery delay due to the customs delay, incorrect address, public holiday, and unable to locate the address are beyond our control.

What is the shipping policy?
If you would like to re-route your package after receiving the Skynet tracking number from us, please kindly email us within 24 hours on the changes to your shipping address and you will have to pay for the re-routing charges by Skynet.
